Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the digital platform available at www.seeri.co (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not access or use the Site.
The platform is operated by SERI COLOMBIA S.A.S., a legally registered company in Colombia with Tax ID No. 901.492.363 - 7, headquartered at Calle 70 Bis No. 4 - 41, Bogotá (hereinafter referred to as “Seeri”).
The platform, which includes the Seeri - Distrify - Fabritech software suite and the AI-based service TanIA, is intended exclusively for individuals and businesses with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Any use by persons or entities lacking such capacity is strictly prohibited.
These Terms, as well as any additional information published on the Site, may be updated at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon publication or upon notification to the Client—whichever occurs first. The Client is solely responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly through the Site or official Seeri communication channels.
Seeri is a Colombian company specializing in the development and licensing of technological solutions, including enterprise software and artificial intelligence services.
Seeri has the technical capacity, professional experience, and independence necessary to provide high-quality digital services.
Its integrated platform—called the SEERI PLATFORM—includes proprietary software (Seeri - Distrify - Fabritech) and the TanIA AI service. These may be contracted individually or together, depending on the Client’s business needs.
TanIA is a customizable AI solution developed in-house by Seeri, designed to address specific client needs across customer service, automation, sales, and other operational workflows.
“SEERI PLATFORM” or “Software” refers to Seeri’s proprietary digital ecosystem, including its website, mobile app, cloud storage, and the TanIA AI module.
“TanIA” is Seeri’s virtual assistant, integrated into the platform, and available as a standalone or complementary service to the software suite.
“App/Platform” encompasses the full SEERI tech stack, including Seeri - Distrify - Fabritech and TanIA.
“User” means any individual or entity interacting with the SEERI PLATFORM.
“Client” refers to individuals or organizations that subscribe to Seeri's services.
“Ticket” or “Order” refers to the formal digital request submitted by a User for support or service via the platform.
“Personal or Sensitive Data” means any identifiable information collected through the platform or Seeri's operations.
The Client is solely responsible for managing and administering the licenses granted through the SEERI PLATFORM.
Seeri will provide training on the activated modules and use of the platform.
To use the platform, the Client must complete the registration process and accept Seeri’s data privacy policies. Seeri acts as the data controller and manages all information in accordance with applicable law.
Each party retains exclusive ownership of its respective data. Seeri will not use Client data for any purpose other than the provision of services and commits to protecting it from misuse or unauthorized access.
Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of the Client’s access and contractual relationship.
Seeri may implement internal performance and behavior metrics to assess the Client's usage.
All rights to the Seeri - Distrify - Fabritech software, the SEERI PLATFORM, and the TanIA service—including intellectual property and copyrights—belong exclusively to Seeri. Any use, duplication, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
All technological developments made under this agreement remain the property of the party that created them, unless expressly stated otherwise. Licenses are managed through a secure system.
Seeri reserves the right to improve or update the platform and TanIA. Any updates involving additional costs must be agreed upon with the Client beforehand.
Licensing grants usage rights only. Ownership of the underlying software and technology remains with Seeri.
Seeri is obligated to protect all business data and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Platform and TanIA support is included with each license. Requests may be submitted via WhatsApp, phone, or email and will be handled based on the following priority levels:
High priority: response within 24 hours
Medium priority: response within 48 hours
Low priority: response within 72 hours
Each party is responsible for bearing their own expenses and taxes incurred from this business arrangement.
Both parties agree to handle any exchanged data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Client affirms that they are not involved in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, corruption, or the financing of terrorism. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the contractual relationship.
Both parties commit to conducting business ethically and shall not offer, receive, or tolerate any improper or undue advantage. Violation of this principle will also result in immediate termination.
